Imagine having to spend the next 35 year worshipping in a cramped, former parish hall while you and your community try in vain to raise the money needed to rebuild. This is the story of St. Patrick's, a poor inner city parish in Los Angeles. The idea was born of building a church for St. Patrick's Parish through the efforts of all the parishes in the region of Our Lady of the Angels in Los Angeles, as well as generous individual donors. The church is close to completion but the fundraising effort continues. We need your help to close out our goal of raising the total project cost. I better understand that reference to the Roman Catholic Church as the apostate church and the great whore described in the Book of Revelation is a rhetorical device long employed in anti-Catholic literature and commentary....Therefore, neither of these phrases can be synonymous with the Catholic Church. God hates the Catholic Church! Why does God hate the Catholic Church? It's because God hates evil, and the Catholic Church is evil. The Catholic Church is NO church at all, but is a heathen organization. Instead of obeying the commandments of God, the Catholic Church teaches the TRADITIONS of men. Billions of people have been led into Hellfire by the Roman Catholic Church. Oh the misery of false religion!
